Grammatical Syntax add-on to HMT-W4

This module requires Accordance version 10 or above and the HMT-W4. This product is not supported in Accordance Lite.
The Mobile Accordance app has very limited support at present for the syntax modules.
This Hebrew Syntax module was developed from the ground up for Accordance. It adds several features and enhancements, allowing you to:
- View a color-coded Hebrew syntax tree in parallel with your Bible
- Hover over HMT-W4 words to see their syntactical tags in Instant Details
- Search the HMT-W4 using syntactical tags
- Drag and drop syntactical tags within the Hebrew Construct window
Currently includes the entire Hebrew Bible with the exception of Isaiah 7-39, 56-66. Free upgrades are planned as additional books are completed, and eventually the entire Hebrew Bible will be available.

This excellent resource, which is unique to Accordance, is invaluable for the syntactical analysis of the Hebrew Bible. Unlike some of the other syntactical databases available, it is based in a modern linguistic understanding of syntax. Another important feature is that, in conjunction with the Grammatical Syntax Add-On to Hebrew Inscriptions, you can see how specific syntactical structures are used in both biblical and extrabiblical Hebrew. The major downsides to this resource are that it is not yet complete (it has taken quite a long time for Dr. Holmstedt to develop, and portions of Isaiah have been in progress for several years now) and contains some inconsistencies in tagging; however, hopefully it will eventually be completed and its inconsistencies will be corrected. Its advantages definitely outweigh these minor deficiencies, and this is a resource well-worth having.
